Blue Screen of Death BSOD when loading youtube videos or games.

Background: I've had been getting the BSOD for a few months now, and I've just put up with it.
But now I've decided that i should do something about it. I've read multiple posts online about my problem but none seemed very concrete.

I've found nothing but good help from this site in the past, and is why i come to look for help again.

Problem: Whenever i press "play" on a YouTube video, the video will load for maybe a second, and then the screen will abruptly lock up, give me a quick flash, and then switch into a BSOD.

This also occurs when i start to load a video game. Example: Loading TF2, i get past the opening producer videos, and as soon as the game begins to load (after the videos) it locks up and, again, flashes then goes into a BSOD.

Heres the *"Technical Information" I get from the BSOD

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file)
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Download and install new drivers for your video card and mainboard if it is Nvidia based. Make sure to uninstall the drivers through the device manager and in the add/remove programs if they exist there before installing the new drivers.
