User.Shell 32 or something??? Keeps Re-installing

When Malwarebytes or Antivirus software deletes a certain virus & I don't know which one...it never tells me, I get a message saying "User.Shell32 something? will not work with file missing. Vendor will now download missing file" or something to that effect.

Please help!
