I posted to the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum last Saturday evening and I guess it got lost in all of the traffic that has been coming in on that forum. I need some direction as to what to do now. Do I repost or continue to be patient and wait for a response? If I'm directed to repost, should I re-run the intial programs and post with the updated files or post the initial files that were run last week?
Thanks, Mark

If you have any concerns please PM a Moderator, and I suggest Orange Blossom
My suggestion is that you "continue to be patient and wait for a response". The helpers are very busy. They will get to you: No topic is over-looked.
Do not make any further posts as replies to your initial post as the helpers look for topics in which there are no replies when they are searching for a new topic to work on.

Since the malware response team are all volunteers, and the workload is so heavy, there can be long wait times. Some problems take more specialized team members to resolve, so you might see some things dealt with faster than others. The team members are exceptionally well-versed in safe malware removal, and it is usually worth the wait.
