To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Ut oh.... Someone help! No explorer.exe?!

Hi you guys, i've been recently infected with Win 7 Security 2011 on my laptop and main computer. Now I got it off my main computer by reading bleepingcomputer's guide (thanks!), but when I went to my laptop, I tried to take a different approach since it would not let me open Malewarebytes. I downloaded Spyware Doctor off of PC Tools and left the house for a little bit while it downloaded. When I got back, however, there was a just a black screen on the computer. It's right next to me and it has the Safe Mode written in all four corners, and I can open Task Manager, but there is no background, just black?! I cannot open Explorer.exe either for my icons.

Please bleepingcomputer, what is going on?!
