When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I am receiving the following message when my computer turns on:

"Runtime Error:
Program C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way"

It has caused many other programs to not work properly, including my AVG, I-tunes, Adobe...etc.

I need help addressing this issue

Thanks.

Not sure if I am infected and/or posting in correct section. But I am receiving the following message

Runtime Error:
Program C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way

It has disabled AVG, I-tunes, and Adobe

Not sure how to proceed.

Matt

Hello, probably not malware, Tell me your Operating sytem and I will ove this topic.

Run Windows update and see if that fixes it

Check the optional updates to see if there's anything that relates to C++ or CRM - update that also.
Most errors of this sort are associated with problems in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (and I have no clue about what that is), and interestingly - most of the results are in French. Do you have a French version of Windows or of some software that you've installed?

Error messages are listed here: http://ronaldlemmen.blogspot.com/2009/01/e...ges-in-crm.html
The google search I used is here: http://www.google.com/search?q=0x8004320F&...lient=firefox-a
How do I get help? Who is helping me?
