downloaded corel win dvd pro. when i clicked on icon nothing opened. called tech. support.-same result. anybody have any ideas on how to get program to work. i have win 7.

Ask them to fix the issue, or ask for refund.

they seemed very willing to give me a refund. i do not want one because the program is reasonably priced, but if i have to i will.

Well, frankly speaking, I don't understand what any price has to do with anything, if you paid for some program, which is not working.
