BleepingComputer.com: Unusual entry in HJT log following malware removal

Hi I recently ran a hijack this scan and the following entry stood out as odd. Grateful for any advice on if I should be worried by it and what could happen if I delete it.

O20 - Winlogon Notify: cryptnet32 - C:\WINDOWS\

I found an log from a few days ago which had this entry:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: cryptnet32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\cryptnet32.dll

I may have removed that as it doesn't appear to be there, having googled the latter it appeared to be part of some malware. The reason I had been checking was because of the "security tool virus" which I seem to have managed to remove following instructions on here and elsewhere.

Whilst here I may as well ask about some others which I can't identify:

O23 - Service: LicCtrl Service (LicCtrlService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\runservice.exe

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
