Bleeping Computer does not recommend anyone use the HijackThis program unless they are fully trained to do so.
HijackThis relies on experts to interpret the log entries and determine what needs to be fixed. Most of the log entries are required to run a computer and removing essential ones, can potentially cause serious damage to an OS. -------------------- Join Bleeping Computers Folding@home Team and Help find a cure. Wings 3D, a fairly comprehensive 3D subdivision modeller WITH full instructions and good import/export flexibility. Not as tough to learn as Blender.

I mentioned previously that I use BITMETER II to keep an eye on overall traffic thru' my router, but do we have an app which shows individual usage by appns, services or whatever?
