Help
I can't get my philips dvd+-rw driver for gateway to work! When I go into my device manager, the driver is listed but it has a yellow ! on it. It won't update or won't install/ fix the driver! What can I do, I've tried everything the troubleshoot says?

My driver won't work for my gateway laptop! It's the driver listed above! I tried to update it and tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but it didn't work! Can anyone help me!?

Uninstall the driver for the drive, via Device Manager...reboot.
Check Device Manager.
