Ok, here goes:
1. I'm getting an SSD for a Windows 7 boot drive.
2. My HDD currently has Windows 7 (and a good amount of programs) on it.
3. I'm wondering if there is a way I can install Windows on the SSD, but make my programs work from the HDD while more or less transferring the associations of the programs to the new install.
Basically, I'd rather not have to reinstall all of my programs (and have Windows do what it did for the Vista-->7 upgrade).
