I ran DriverScanner (from Uniblue - PowerSuite) and it said I need 4 driver updates:
Printer Port Logical Interface
Easy Internet Keyboard
Canon MX700 Series printer
NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller
Then I ran a complete scan at PCpitstop and it said I needed 2 driver updates that were completely different:
Realteck HiDef Audio
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS
How am I supposed to know which drivers REALLY need updating?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
If your computer has been working properly, I would suggest leaving it as is since the drivers have been doing what they were intended to. If you are suddenly experiencing problems with old drivers you should reinstall them. Usually, the only time that you need to update drivers is if they fail to perform with new hardware.
