pc will not see mio moov200

after attempting a map update, the device lost voice files. after trying to restore it, my pc will not recognize it any more. how can i make it connect to my pc. if i cant connect it i can do nothing to fix it.

is there a way to reset by jumping internal pins or somthing. If i can just get my pc to see it so i can access the files i will just delete the files and reload it. Any help will be greatly appriciated.
