Error Message For Media Device Conexant HD Audio output

Hi I have Windows XP and I was trying to download conexant hd audio output for my computer and I keep receiving an error message telling me that it can't find media device for this driver.

I have downloaded a driver scan and media device is not showing up on the driver scan. I have downloaded the latest version of windows media player version 11 for windows xp. But I keep getting this error message. I realize I didn't have an conexant audio output when I downloaded skpe.

Can you help me with this please....Thank you

I forgot to add in the first post that I have an hp pavilion 9000tv
