BleepingComputer.com: Microsoft Office Diagnostics will not launch

Hi everyone, I having issues with my Microsoft Office 2007 Diagnostics tool. When I try to open it, I get an error message that reads "Office Diagnostics was disabled by your system administrator. Contact your system administrator for help". I tried uninstalling, reinstalling the software, no luck. I checked permissions, as well as if the software was disabled, I am the administrator with full permissions, and it's not listed in the disabled list. At a loss here as to what to do next. Running XP with service pack 3, all updates are installed. Thanks beforehand for any help. George D.
