Well...how did you burn the file?

I mean...did you burn it as a VCD or DVD file? What software was used to burn the file onto disk?

i dont have a dvd burner, but i read u can burn a movie on a cd-r and be able to watch it like a dvd. all i did was burn it onto a cd-r using CDBurner XP. on CDBuner there are choices for what kind of cd i want. i put the one that said video disc. there is also one to burn an ISO file. should i have used that one?

When you insert the CD into the drive...and go to Explorer view...what do you see as the contents?

I'm not familiar with that program and reading about it just confuses me:).
