When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Guys,

Many thanks to all at bleeping computer that have helped me in the past. You all do terrific work and this board is a great resource.

I have not logged in in a while, but recently I have started recieving emails to threads I have not subscribed to. It does not happen every day, but when it does happen, I will recieve say 20 - 30 emails advising me of updates to threads posted in the 'Am I infected? What do I do?' forum.

Have I messed up my account settings, or is there something afoot?

The recent upgrade to the board software may have modified your notification settings. You should review them to make sure they are set how you like them.
