So after my computer got slammed with a virus, I uninstalled Trend Micro PC-cillin 12, because I hadn't gotten any emails or updates from them in about 2 years. Now, I'm getting emails about an upcoming renewal for my product, and that it will renewal AUTOMATICALLY within 5 days. It listed some steps to do in order to cancel the renewal process. One way involved entering an order number, which I didn't have. The second requested the last 5 digits of the credit card on the account, then your email, which I did (Was that smart? I figured it wasn't the whole number, so it wasn't a big deal).

Well, it said there was an option to turn off the auto-renewal, but it doesn't exist, and since it's a weekend, I can't call their support line yet. This is driving me crazy. What am I supposed to do? I think I'm going to get charge 50 dollars in about 2 weeks if I can't figure this out.

Edit: Moved topic from Breaking Virus & Security News to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

Think I got it figured out. They didn't update the page, so I was looking for a button that didn't exist. It wasn't as simple as clicking disable auto renewal, it was called remove auto-bill or something. Still, should have seen it faster.
