Manage audio like in Vista, but in XP SP3? Software that allows you to manage audio like you can in Vista in XP

Hey,

In windows Vista you can manage your audio, you can have firefox be muted, but IE be 50% volume, and a game at 100%, you could even have music playing in the headphones, but a film playing out the speakers. You could choose what sound came out of where and mute and adjust volume.

You can't do this in windows XP SP3, i'm looking for a program that allows me to do so.
