itunes won't read CD drive can't use disk drive with itunes

happened last sunday

update of itunes since then does not help

regedit filter fix does not help

drivers are up to date



itunes does not recognize the CD drive for a blank disk,but the diagnostic sees that the disk is blank

it does recognize a pre-recorded disk and will import it

media player will burn a disk




data or mp3 cd not found

driver correctly installed

unable to access audio cd

unable to read audio cd
