Howdy from Texas. I felt like I should post something worthwhile since there is so much good information to be had here.
I'm an old school geek, really.. my first 'computer' was a heathkit, then an at&t teletype, then a dumb terminal with an awesome orange display and a superfast 1200 baud modem. I grew up on pc's, moved to servers and got into unix (hpux) and mac's. After a stint at Apple I'm recently back in pc world and thats why I'm here.
I'm looking for the best, most efficient way to remove virus, spyware etc from computers. I successfully do about 5 pc's a day night now, but I know someone is doing it better and faster than me. If there are any pros out there or there is a great thread or specific topic area on this someone please shoot me a message.
For me what works is about a 5-7 step process that takes forever, but it works. I have a lot of tribal knowledge and will try to contribute.
