When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Alright, my buddy has a trojan on his computer. We know this because his WoW account password is continually being stolen. Now I have dealt with some nasty ass viruses and trojans myself, so I know how to look through hijack logs. So far, no virus scanner or malware scanner, and no hijack log, has produced anything or any clues. This thing seems undetectable.

What I am wondering is if there is some kind of program that tracks what current services or files or whatever are currently connecting to the internet. That way, when he runs WoW (which I believe is the only time the trojan shows itself) we could see what processes are using the internet and possibly pinpoint it.

If anyone else has any experience with finding untraceable trojans, your help is appreciated. I also will post logs if you request, but I really don't think you will find anything.
