Google redirecting me

when i click on my google results, it takes to junk websites.
i can get to the websites i need if i type the address in the toolbar but not via google.
ive done numerous AVG scans and also downloaded ADAWARE and scanned with that and removed any virus' that have shown up
i need to get this sorted as it has just redirected me to a porn site.
any suggestions?
