When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Sorry for the dumb question, . .

But I just received a News Letter that looked legal, and it asked for a received receipt, . the receipt came back, "un-deliverable, . .

What is the first thing I should do to put this in check ?

If it is not a requested\subscribed to news letter then I would simply add the sender to the spam filter.

Having replied to the "received receipt" has verified that your e mail account is active. Although the undeliverable part is a bit strange.

This Forum, I'm fairly certain if it were known,
