Toshiba Button Assignment Tool keeps popping up for no apparent reason

Hello - the Toshiba Button Assignment Tool keeps popping up and I'm not sure why. It usually pops up when I actually haven't even been touching the computer, such as when it is coming out of hibernation or sleep and when I'm watching videos. Once it popped up so many times that I couldn't hit
'cancel' fast enough before more popped up. Screenshot it attached. Also, not sure if this is related or not but my computer is not able to update the driver for 'NFilter Miniport #6' (BeeThink). Any help with one or both of these problems would be much appreciated!

The main question...do you use Toshiba Button Assignment Tool at all?
If not, we can disable it.
