Screen logger detected, how do I get rid of it? Online Armor detected in Microsoft Works

HI, I need to be able to use works program and afraid to due what Online Armor detected. As soon as I clicked on Microsoft Tasks Launcher a detection window alerted me to a screen logger in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\wkqdcache.exe
Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this? Thanks

Just delete the file.
