Somehow I had gotten Crawler and I need to detect and uninstall it but everything that I have tried has not worked. It has attached itself to Firefox and even though I uninstall and then reinstall it is still there. OMG! What a pain. Dell tech support had no idea as to what Crawler even is. PLEASE HELP!!

Im guessing this the the crawler addon for fire fox.
just go up to tools and click add-ons and you should be able to uninstall it from there.
