dc21 delete from recycle bin tips 4 GB hard disk space is allocted by dc21

Hi,
i am pijush from kolkata.
i am a student of B-tech IT.

I can not empty recycle bin. Error is this

CAN NOT DELETE DC21 FOLDER. ACCESS DENIED.

4GB disk space is allocated by this.
