I have an Exchange 2003 environment. All users are setup in Outlook 2003. Is it possible to only attach the signature when sending an email outside of the domain? I know this can be done manually by the users, but is it possible to do this automatically? Any info would be appreciated!

rkessel,
Unfortunately, you need something like the Transport Rules available in Exchange Server 2007. Since you are running Exchange Server 2003, you can look to a product like Exclaimer Signature Manager. You can find more information at their website here... http://www.exclaimer.com/products/outlook-email-signatures/outlook-email-signatures.aspx
If at some point you upgrade your Exchange Server to 2007, you can follow the recommendations in this thread... http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvravailabilityandisasterrecovery/thread/a8d7772a-2492-49c6-ba1e-19d4578f0322
Good luck.

Hawkes,
Thanks for the info! I know it can be done in Exchange 2007, but I wasn't sure if there was a way to do it in Exchange 2003 without purchasing additional software. Just figured I'd ask.

Nothing free that I've come across, but I'll keep you in mind if I do.
