Orange Mobile Broadband has stopped working Installed the software but it wont run!

Hi,

I have an Huawei E1752 mobile broadband dongle from Orange, installed the software and the program successfully installed.

When i open the Orange Mobile software the program opens then after 30 seconds or so says "OrangeMobileBroadband.exe has stopped working", this happens everytime. I have looked in the problem reports for the error which is below:

I am running Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 and have Avast as my anti-virus software.

I have run Malware Bytes & avast and no infections were found.

Has anybody experienced any problems like this and managed to fix them.

Have same problem with the same Orange Dongle running the latest version of VISTA and Avast. Only started recently, dongle OK when running
with XP and Avast on another computer, any solution come up yet??

hello, have a look in device manager to see if there are any warning signs.

start TYPE device manager> enter, click all the + signs to see of any yellow or red warning signs.. if yes, post back and we'll try and resolve this.
