Blocked google searches Things google doesnt want you to know

Hi,
New here but thought I'd start a conversation anyway. I spotted a weird thing with google this morning and thought I'd ask if it was already well known. Search google for 'hkcmd.exe' (or any phrase containing that string) and google returns a 403 'forbidden' header.
From what I can see hkcmd is something to do with intels hotkeys, why is google hidding this?

I don't see any 403's

I dont either, your right It just has to do with intels hot keys, why do you want to know about it?

Sorry the 403 was a red hering, apparently google doesn't like wget requests without a user string. However searchs containing the string cmd.exe are still blocked.

Update: Seems the connection is only rejected when I search from a canadian computer,
