I'm sure a skin can be made to look like the old forum but that would take some time. Although it would have been nice to give us a warning that it was gonna be updated!

Click on your Member Name to get the drop down list, click on My Settings.
In the window that opens called "My Options", click on the tab that says "Forums". On the left hand side, you'll see Board Preferences. Under that you will find "Manage Watched Topics." Click on that, and you will find the list of subscribed topics.
EDIT TO ADD: SEE POST #29 for an easier way to find your subscribed topics.
