Firewall keep disabled by itself

Hi,

I'm not sure whether my computer is infected or not but when I turned off the firewall and a few hours later, the firewall service (ICS) has been disabled by its own and can't be turned on. I re-install the firewall service and restart the computer then it can be accessed again but then a few hours later, it disabled itself again.

My computer is using Win 7 Ultimate.
Others are using Win XP SP2, using Avast as Anti-Virus, Malwarebytes and Spybot.

Help?
