The Java language is free, along with many different IDE's. I prefer NetBeans, but I hear BlueBird ir pretty decent. C++ is free also, and again there are many free IDE's. I use Bloodshed and Microsoft Visual Studio.
Or did you mean you wanted a software package that did everything for you? -------------------- |

Hey thank you man that helped me alot i was looking to make an rpg aswell and this has helped alot also i am learning php if any1 can help me with it i would like to know what it is capable of doing i have the book C++ in easy steps i dont remeber the author oO but its a learning guid to C++ i am also having trouble learning <vector>.
