Just want to say "Hello". I'm not a novice user, but I'm not an expert either! I know enough to get myself in trouble or to crash my laptop! However, I'm willing to help anyone I can.

I also want to thank BC for creating this site! I surely don't want to pay some high school kid to do what I can do for free!
