BleepingComputer.com: My PC Always Restarts and I Can Only View 4 bit Display

HI. I'm new here. Please forgive me if I have grammatical errors on my post. I'm not great in English.


I am now experiencing problems on my PC.

The specs are:

CPU: Pentium 4 2.6ghz
RAM: 1G (2x 512mb)
HDD: 80G SAMSUNG
GRAPHICS: 128 mb NIVIDIA
OS: Windows XP sp2

My friend and I are sharing internet connection. This month, the connection is too terrible. We contacted our ISP tech support yesterday and fixed the problem this afternoon. Instead of using my friend's computer to configure the connection (it's LAN card is the one registered to the ISP), they used mine instead. Then the connection is ok now. But when I turn on my PC again, my display turn to 4 bit! And I can't also connect to the internet either. My friend's PC is fine and has connection. Also my PC always restarts and shows this report:

I can't view it also in Safe Mode.
