I am running Vista with Outlook 2007, and it just started this thing up where it will pop up with an error stating that the action has been canceled automatically due to me not having proper authorities, please contact the administrator. well it will only pop this up when i do one of two things, first when i click on a hyperlink, and second when i tell it to update. i just updated to the latest version of google earth, and got rid of google chrome, and that is when this all started

Have you tried repairing it? Via Program and Features?

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
