Hi there,

I have set up a rule where the email is forwarded from a main folder to a sub folder.

I was wondering if it was possible for the emails to be completely moved from the main folder and just have it in the sub folder? At present the emails are in both folders.

Hi,

I believed this is a common option with Outlook Email Rules. Just make sure that you select “Move messages from someone to a folder“ under select a template.
