BleepingComputer.com: I can't install Avira - gives me GetProcessImageFileNameW error

Hi there

My PC is having problem. I am trying to install Avira to my desktop but it is giving me error.

When I click the installation file, it gives me:
The Procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL
Then I click OK..

and then it starts to install but leave one file

Cannot create basic\update.exe


What could be the reason? and please suggest me how to resolve this problem..
