I have run spybot, malwarebytes, AVG. I have used CSC, and defragmented it. The last two only seem to have made it worse.

So lately when I boot up my computer, everything works just fine till I type in my password to get into my desktop. Then it will just sit there with the background for my desktop and nothing will come up after that. I found if I type on the keys it will finally boot up all the way, its either that, or opening the task manager
.
I have run spybot, malwarebytes, AVG. I have used CSC, and defragmented it. The last two only seem to have made it worse.
I'm worried my computer is thinking about taking a dirt nap or something uncool like that. Can anyone help me out?
