"Failed To Find Flength File" Windows Media Audio/Video File Upload

I think Image Host use to upload Windows Media Files, but things seem to be changing,

I ran across an upload problem ; and have been informed it is a, "Failed To Find Flength File",

error.

Looks like there is a solution, . . I'd like to get some feed back on where this is heading, . .

anybody familiar with this ?

Got to another site, having no problem, but have no idea why this problem applies to one site but not another, . . . . . ? ? ?
