Okay so I think someone is breaking into my computer system. For the last few wks I think that someone has been accessing my files. I live in a 12 bedroom university area boarding house and we all use have ethernet cables running from a single router attached to the modem. I have Norton 360 and several times a day I get an ip conflict message as well as my computer slows down. I have sharing of files turned off as well as remote access permissions. Can someone please help me secure my system against further threats.
