Hello How and where to ask a question?

Just introducing myself. Have one computer with malware security suite on it. Thought this site might help me get rid of it. I am stuck at the part about downloading rkill.com as it comes up on a notepad but don't know what to do with it next and I don't know what forum to use to ask the question about this as the one for malware seems to be just for information and not questions. I am confused!! Bill

Thank you! was able to download Malwarebytes and take care of my problem. Thanks again. Bill
