No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.

Thanks everyone for the advice - just a little confused on recommendation as there are a few items since my reply last evening.

1 - I'll remove Online Armour
2 - Should I run Autoruns for Windows and post file?
3 - Re-install MCE? or see how things are going after #1 and #2 first?

Thanks all for your guidance!

Yes, do the first 2 steps

I was suggesting msconfig as a troubleshooting step. Autoruns is much more powerful, and a user can do alot more damage with it if they don't know what they are doing, such as deleting their userinit entry or explorer shell entry. All the warnings about msconfig apply to Autoruns as well, and Autoruns should have even more warnings.

With Autoruns...users are fine as long as they stick to the Logon tab, which lista all items normally construed as "startups". It's when they use the cumulative Everything tab...that presents possible problems. I normally add a comment to stick to the Logon tab.
