BleepingComputer.com: It takes more times to wait at the loading screen than usual...

When I turn on my computer from its Shut Down state, it takes more times to wait at the loading screen and startup screen than usual...

Why???

EDIT:

After I got the updates from microsoft, it happens....
And there was a day when my computer SUDDENLY restart when im trying to do a full scan... then all cookies were deleted...
Is that normal????

im scared there is a virus/spyware/keylogger on my computer, please help me asap
