Help
I have a laptop running mandriva 2010.1 spring after an update 2 new versions of this are listed in grub as a bootable.
my question is this if i leave grub set to load vmlinuz as it was when i first installed will it default to most up to date version or am i stuck having to change it after every update i install?

The default should be the most updated one.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
