I don't know of any books, but how about some ACM programming problems?

thank you for replying.I think there is no book that has exclusively questions(means no theory because i have COMPLETE REFERENCE of JAVA) on java because that is what i had asked for. Please suggest a book that has good programming problems as well as output problems which i can use along with COMPLETE REF of JAVA.COMPLETE REF has only java theory no questions to solve.i hope you get what i mean.
thank you

I strongly recommend this book for those wanted to learn Java!

It's the one that i'm using currently and it really takes it slow and builds your knowledge bit by bit!

It also has some challenging questions for you, so if you can solve them, i'll give many kutos!

The person who wrote the book (Aaron Kans), is extremely skilled in Visual Programming, and i have had the honour of meeting him many times myself!

Here is the link: http://www.mcgraw-hill.co.uk/html/0077122674.html

Hope i helped,
