hello just to launch myself back into the computer world

hello all, my first computer was a memotech 64 mb since then the world has moved on too fast for me, but lately my grandchildren have been saying, "move over grandad and I will show you how to do it" or words to that effect, so I am trying to pick up just enough to show them that I am not completely senile. Look forward to learning and tapping all your brains out there
