Hello BleepingComputer!

I'm here to seek advice on fixing a pesky browser hijacker that's plaguing both Firefox and IE. I like to think of myself as computer literate, but there are some things that just plain confound me. Like this.

I'll probably be making my first post right before the weekend when I have the time to sit down for a good few hours and nip this thing in the bud, so you'll be hearing from me then.
