BleepingComputer.com: Wacom tablet needs help

I have a Wacom Intuous 2 tablet, Win7 32-bit OS. It seemed to stop causing the mouse to move when I use the pen, although the light on it still changes from orange to green when the pen touches it. I seemed to notice this starting maybe around a couple of weeks ago, and didn't pay it much mind, but I need to use it today, so I'm looking to do whatever needed to get it working again asap. I suspect a driver issue may fix it, so I downloaded the latest driver from www.wacom.com for my model and OS, but after restarting after being prompted to, it still didn't work, and when I try to enter the Wacom Properties of the Control Panel, it tells me:
ERROR
THE TABLET DRIVER WAS NOT FOUND.
I also thought of uninstalling the driver completely before reinstalling the latest again, but I actually don't even know where the Wacom driver appears in the Device Manager.
