Computer Locks Up

My computer keeps looking up with some erroe about mgrs32 error. I think I might have about blank again what should I do?

What was the exact error message?

Standard Operating Procedure ... scan for spyware and viruses. If you can't get your system booting into Windows to do this, you might have to remove the hard drive, install it in another system and scan it there.
